Terms of Service

By accessing or using OP-Atlas (op-atlas.app, the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

OP-Atlas aggregates and displays One Piece Card Game prices from public marketplace sources (Cardmarket, TCGplayer, CardTrader, PriceCharting, yuyu-tei, eBay) and presents per-card fair-value estimates, community-verified data, and historical price tracking.

All price information is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Markets change constantly; always verify on the source marketplace before transacting. OP-Atlas is not a marketplace, broker, or payment processor — we don't sell, buy, or facilitate transactions in cards.

• You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EU, 20 in Thailand) to use the Service.
• You must comply with all laws applicable to you and your use of the Service.
• If the Service is prohibited in your country, you can't use it.

You can browse OP-Atlas without an account. To submit corrections, flags, or participate in the reward program, you sign in via email magic link or Google OAuth.

• You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your email account secure.
• One person, one account. Don't create multiple accounts to game the points or reward systems.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the system, or that have been inactive for an extended period.

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Service — including the index, price stamps, cross-reference mappings, card-override tables, blacklists, image proxy outputs, and price-history endpoints — for redistribution, republication, or to power a competing product. This applies to both manual bulk-extraction and automated tools (crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, API loops).
• Use the Service's data for commercial purposes (paid products, ads-supported clone sites, resale of any sort) without prior written permission. Individual personal-use lookups are fine.
• Bypass our anti-abuse measures — rate limits, authentication gates, Turnstile challenges, IP throttles. Each gate exists to keep the Service running for everyone; circumventing it is a ToS violation in itself.
• Strip or alter the "op-atlas.app" watermark baked into every image we serve, or republish images sourced fromop-atlas.app/api/img on other sites. The watermark is a non-removable provenance signal.
• Submit false flags, fake corrections, or manipulated data with intent to mislead other users or game the reward system
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm anyone
• Interfere with the Service's operation (e.g. flooding endpoints, attempting to exploit security issues without responsible disclosure)
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us or any other party
• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Submit any content that infringes others' intellectual property

Forensic watermarking. Our compiled dataset contains non-obvious provenance markers — including a canary card (id OP00-000, set canary) and a _op_atlas sentinel field in the cascade output tables. If your dataset contains these markers and you don't have a written agreement with us, that's forensic evidence that the data was scraped from this Service in violation of these Terms. We reserve all rights to pursue takedown, injunctive relief, and damages.

Need bulk access? Email hello@op-atlas.app. We're happy to discuss licensing, API keys, or partnership terms for legitimate use cases. Sneaking it doesn't end well; asking does.

We use rate limiting and abuse detection. Repeated abuse leads to account suspension. Critical abuse (DoS attempts, vulnerability probing) may be reported to law enforcement.

When you submit a flag, swap proposal, or correction, you grant OP-Atlas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that submission for improving the data accuracy of the Service. You retain ownership of your contributions; we just need permission to apply them to the dataset.

You can request anonymisation of your historical contributions at any time via privacy@op-atlas.app. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

OP-Atlas may offer physical or digital rewards for high-quality contributions. Reward terms:

• Reward eligibility is determined by us at our discretion based on contribution quality, approval rate, and points balance
• Physical rewards (e.g. cards) require you to provide a shipping address; we'll only use it for fulfilment and retain it per the Privacy Policy
• We may change, suspend, or end the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other accounts

One Piece Card Game and all related card art, names, and trademarks are property of Bandai Co., Ltd. OP-Atlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai. We display card images and references under fair-use / informational-purposes principles common to fan databases.

Marketplace data is sourced from public APIs and pages. Brand names, logos, and product images of Cardmarket, TCGplayer, CardTrader, PriceCharting, yuyu-tei, and eBay belong to their respective owners.

The OP-Atlas codebase, design, copy, and aggregated dataset (excluding third-party content above) are © OP-Atlas. The codebase is open source; see GitHub for the license.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of price data.

We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We don't warrant that any information shown is current, accurate, or complete — even when we try our hardest to keep it so.

You make investment, purchase, and trading decisions at your own risk. OP-Atlas data is one input; always cross-check with the underlying marketplace before transacting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OP-Atlas, its operators, and contributors will NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where statutory liability cannot be excluded (e.g. for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct), this limitation does not apply. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these Terms is capped at €100 or the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which is currently €0 for all users — the Service is free).

You agree to indemnify and hold OP-Atlas harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your contributions, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms — material changes will be announced with a notice on first visit after the change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

If you don't accept an updated version, your remedy is to stop using the Service and request account deletion.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via privacy@op-atlas.app.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, extended inactivity, abuse, illegal activity, or if continuing the Service becomes commercially unviable. Where reasonable, we'll give notice and a chance to remedy first.

Until the Thai company incorporation completes, these Terms are governed by the law of the operator's current residence and disputes go to that jurisdiction's courts. After incorporation, governing law will become Thai law and exclusive jurisdiction will be the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Consumer rights notice (EU/EEA/UK): nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under applicable law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

• Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver: not enforcing a right once doesn't mean we've waived it forever.
• Entire agreement: these Terms plus the Privacy Policy and Imprint are the complete agreement between you and us.
• Assignment: we may assign these Terms to a successor entity (e.g. on company incorporation, acquisition); you may not assign yours.
